Attendance Rules

  • The exhibition is open daily

    weekdays from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm

    on weekends and holidays from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.

  • The Box Office is open daily

    on weekdays from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm

    at weekends and on public holidays from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm.

  • In order to ensure the safety of visitors and to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), visitors must wear personal respiratory protection (masks, respirators) and hand protection (gloves) when visiting the Exhibition. In addition, visitors must keep a distance of at least 1.5 m from other visitors to the Exhibition, taking into account the special markings on the floor. The social distance may not be kept by members of the same family. The organizer reserves the right to refuse to provide services to visitors who do not comply with these requirements.

  • Admission to the Exhibition is permitted only on presentation of a ticket purchased at official points of sale:

    • The Exhibition's box office;
    • Official website of the Exhibition http://bodyworlds.moscow;

  • Tickets to the Exhibition are purchased for all adult visitors and children over 3-years-old by decision of the parents. The ticket is valid for the date indicated on the ticket, and only for a single pass.

  • E-tickets must be presented in printed form or on an electronic device (cell phone, tablet). The organizer is not responsible for errors when scanning the ticket from a mobile device, if the screen of the device is damaged.

  • The tariffs are posted on the information boards in the box office, as well as on the official website of the Exhibition.

  • Tickets at discounted rates are sold only at the Exhibition box office upon presentation of a document confirming the discount.

  • In the event the Exhibition is cancelled on the Organizer's initiative the refund of the ticket price shall be made to the address of the Exhibition venue: Moscow, Prospekt Mira, 119, p. 21 within ten days from the date of the relevant request. In this case the full price of the tickets shall be refunded.

  • In case the Exhibition is cancelled on the day of attendance at the Exhibition specified in the ticket for reasons beyond the Organizer's control (force majeure), claims for refunds shall be accepted within ten days from the date of cancellation at the venue of the Exhibition: Moscow, Mira Avenue, 119, building 21 (VDNH), and by e-mail info@bodyworlds.moscow, attaching information on the tickets purchased, photos or scanned copies. The money is refunded within ten days from the date the appropriate request is made. In this case the full price of the tickets shall be refunded.

  • A ticket with unreadable or altered (fouled, glued, crossed out, corrected, erased, smudged, etc.) information fields is invalid.

  • Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 years and older).

  • Children shall be admitted to the Exhibition in accordance with the signs of information products established by the Organizer of the Exhibition. Parents or other legal representatives are responsible for children attending the Exhibition not in accordance with the signs of information products.

  • The visitor is required to remove outerwear and deposit it in the checkroom according to the rules of the checkroom.

  • The visitor agrees that in case the Exhibition is videotaped, the Exhibition Organizer and/or the person who videotapes the Exhibition is entitled to use, free of charge, the recording of the visitor's images (including for use as part of audiovisual works) obtained by filming directly at the Exhibition, in any place, in any manner, without any restrictions on the territory or period of use.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to regulate the number of visitors to the Exhibition, including temporarily terminating access to the Exhibition based on the number of visitors who have already entered the Exhibition.

  • In order to ensure the safety of visitors and to identify items prohibited to bring into the Exhibition, visitors to the Exhibition shall enter through the control point, equipped with arch and hand-held metal detectors. Visitors with pacemakers or other medical devices that can be affected by a metal detector, must inform the inspector when approaching the checkpoint. Manual metal detectors are used to pass the control of sedentary groups of citizens. The Organizer has the right to prohibit a visitor from attending the Exhibition in case he/she refuses to pass the control.

  • The Organizer asks visitors to observe these Exhibition Visitor Regulations, respect other visitors, follow instructions of the Exhibition staff, treat the Exhibition property with care, avoid actions that create a danger to others, inform the Organizer's staff in case of detection of suspicious items, things, hostage-taking, smoke or fire, and obey public order and fire safety rules.

  • Mobile communications equipment and security alarms must be switched off or on vibrate mode for the duration of the visit to the Exhibition.

It is forbidden to

  • If visitors violate the Exhibition Rules, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse to attend the Exhibition or ask to leave the Exhibition, with no refund of the ticket price.

  • Touch open exhibits and showcases of closed exhibits.

  • Leaving children unattended.

  • Move around the Exhibition territory on a skateboard, scooter, bicycle, gyroscooter or roller skates.

  • Violate public order, talk loudly, make noise, litter and throw various objects on the Exhibition territory.

  • Engage in unauthorized commercial activities.

  • To escort and sneak animals in.

  • Carry any types of weapons - firearms, sport, hunting, pneumatic, traumatic, gas, signal, throwing, cold, as well as stabbing, stabbing-cutting, chopping, stabbing-cutting, crushing objects; full-size weapon models, ammunition, explosives, explosive materials, flammable substances, pyrotechnics, special means (any type of aerosol gas cans, electroshock devices), highly active poisonous, radioactive, narcotic and psychotropic substances, easily breakable objects, smelling substances, chemical reagents, large-sized objects (boxes, etc.), helium, poisonous substances, narcotics and psychotropic substances. The following are examples of such items: large items (boxes, etc.), helium balloons and glass containers, laser pointers, flashlights and other light devices.

  • Bring your own food and drinks, drink any drinks you have brought with you (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), enter the Exhibition area while intoxicated, as well as in a state of drug or toxic intoxication.

  • Smoking on the Fairgrounds, including e-cigarettes, vapor generators (vapes), etc.

Terms of Use of the Exhibition Turnstiles

  • Turnstiles are a means of technical security measure, access control of visitors and are designed for the passage of strictly one person at a time.

  • It is forbidden to use the turnstile:

     • pass through the turnstiles to two or more visitors simultaneously, as this may lead to technical failure of the turnstile, including automatic blocking of the turnstile swing panels after the passage of the security sensor of the turnstile by the first visitor;

    • to pass through the turnstile in the opposite direction;
    • independent passage of children through the turnstile;
    • moving objects with dimensions exceeding the width of the passageway through the passage area;
    • jerks and blows on the barrier arm and cladding, causing mechanical deformation.
  • In case of problems with the passage through the turnstile, feel free to ask Exhibition staff.
  • To pass through the turnstile by young visitors-children no taller than 1.2 m, accompanying children must take the children in their arms.  

  • To pass through the entrance turnstile, the visitor must:o select the turnstile for the passage;

    •  place the printed barcode/QR-code ticket on the reader without letting the ticket out of your hands, or place the electronic ticket on a mobile device (phone, tablet) on the reader, image down;

    • wait until the red indicator goes out and the green one lights up, indicating that the ticket has been successfully read;

    • go through the turnstile.Re-entry through the turnstile using the same ticket is not possible.

  • The indicator will remain red in cases:

• if there are defects on the ticket; 

• the date of the actual visit does not correspond to the date indicated on the ticket; 

• the ticket is used repeatedly; 

• the ticket is false. 

  • To pass through the turnstile to exit, the visitor must:

    • choose the turnstile to exit;

    • go through the turnstile.

Closet Rules

  • The checkroom is intended for the storage of outerwear (hereinafter referred to as clothing). Other personal belongings of visitors (hats, scarves, hats, mittens, gloves, umbrellas, bags, bags, etc.) are not accepted in the checkroom. 

  • The organizer is not responsible for the property (money, documents, phones, keys, etc.) left in the pockets of outer clothing. 

  • Taking items for storage and delivery to visitors is carried out every day during checkroom working hours from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekdays, from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm on weekends and holidays. 

  • In the checkroom is not accepted for storage of animals, as well as things that can stain the clothes of other visitors. 

  • Before closing the checkroom, visitors who have deposited items must take them back. If visitors who deposited items refuse to take back the deposited items on the day of deposit, after the closing time the checkroom closes. If items are not claimed from the checkroom within three calendar days from the date of deposit, the items may be disposed of or transferred for storage, including on a reimbursable basis. 

  • In the case of loss of the license plate by the visitor who has deposited items for storage, the return of the item may be made only after the end of the checkroom, in the presence of the operative duty officer and in the presence of the visitor claiming to receive an item (applicant), an identity document. Return of items shall be made upon written request of the applicant. In this case, the applicant must prove the validity of his claims for these things (testimonies, receipts, etc.).

If visitors violate the Exhibition Rules, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse to attend the Exhibition.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to the Exhibition

or to ask to leave the Exhibition.
